Living Boulder thanks to Antiaging Medicine

Here I am at 54, after I think 12 knee surgeries (at some point I lost count) running up and down Yawgoo Ski Resort, clearing obstacles, keeping up with my thirty-something wife and my young staff. I practice antiaging medicine so I can live better, not just longer.

Creating time, events, and gatherings is good for the soul. It gives us things to look back on and talk about. Maybe they were great experiences or maybe it was something that went so wrong, when you think about it now all you can do is laugh. 

At I.M.120 we strongly believe in being active which is why our entire staff completed the BouldrDash Race today. You don't have to be in the gym everyday to lead an active life and sometimes creating memories means going to a ball game. That simple.

The poor, homily, every day, misunderstood egg. Is it nature's perfect food? Or a sinister vehicle enhancing the risk of cardiovascular disease?

Like most issues regarding nutrition, the answer is a bit more complex than meets the eye. When we consider the food we take it, we also need to consider the person who is taking them in. The same fact holds true for eggs. We also need to consider volume and what the other alternatives might be.
