January 18, 2014 - 4:22pm — ShannonPetteruti
It is the scourge of many a middle-aged man: he starts getting a pot belly, using lighter weights at the gym and somehow just doesn’t have the sexual desire of his younger years.

January 18, 2014 - 3:48pm — ShannonPetteruti
Chelation treatments reduced cardiovascular events, such as heart attacks, and death in patients with diabetes but not in those who did not have diabetes, according to analyses of data from the National Institutes of Health-funded Trial to Assess Chelation Therapy (TACT). Can Brown Fat Help You Lose Weight?
January 5, 2014 - 6:57pm — ShannonPetteruti
There are two basic types of fat found in most mammals; brown and white.
White fat is most prevalent in humans and it's primary function is energy storage and insulation. White fat does not burn calories, it stores them.
Brown fat is widely prevalent in most mammals. This fat burns energy at a high rate and is critical in generating heat to keep animals warm during times of extreme cold. The amount of brown fat in a mammals body will increase as the exposure to cold increases.

Exercise for Weight Loss?
January 4, 2014 - 5:28pm — ShannonPetteruti

How nice if success could come in a bottle. Especially a cheap bottle. You glance at them at first, doubting whether or not they will really work. But then it begins to eat at you. Suppose it helps? Maybe it will! It doesn't cost much to try.
