Who doesn't love to eat something that looks beautiful? These Flower Eggs are so easy to make and taste great. The sprinkle of parmesan does the trick. What to do? Grab some bell peppers, cut into rings and cook. Breakfast is served.

Basics:

  • Red, yellow, green, or orange bell peppers. Cut the rings a bit thick so the egg doesn't go over the top. After the first batch you'll get the hang of it
  • Eggs - I prefer organic, cage free, but hey, I'm a vegetarian and feel they should get to run around. Yes, I know it may only be 5 minutes. What's better is to buy from a local farm. Anyone know someone close in Rhode Island?
  • Parmesan cheese - fresh grated always tastes the best and it stays fresh for what seems like eternity in the fridge. But...I'm realistic and know you may only have the version in the package. I'm not judging you. Go ahead, throw it on.

And that pretty much sums it up. Not a whole lot to go over. Enjoy!

My brother suggested I might like this web site. He was entirely right. This post truly made my day. You can not imagine simply how much time I had spent for this information! Thanks!

When chickens are free to roam, they are able to eat nature's best foods: Seeds, vegetation, fruits, worms and bugs. This is what makes them healthy and therefore, eggs are healthier for you. Our chickens are happy girls!
