Everybody will eventually die, but does that mean we have to age?

Throughout the span of human history we have accepted the decline of physical and mental abilities as the inevitable consequence of aging. This type of aging has been termed the "Gradual decline" into varying degrees of infirmity before dying.

SCIENCE CHANGES AGING!

Rapid advances in our knowledge about the factors that cause physical and mental decline are enabling us to neutralize their effect. In addition to a healthy lifestyle, we now know that oxidative stress can cause cellular damage and accelerated aging. We also know how to neutralize that effect.

Living the second half of our lives without a full complement of vital hormones is a major contributor to aging. By carefully replacing what the body is no longer making many of the effects of aging can be avoided.

Finally, removing heavy metals and other toxins from our system can protect us from gradual corrosive damage to our brain, our heart and our vital organs.

Using these advances in science and medicine along with other emerging technologies will enable us to live the "rectangular lifespan."  Remaining strong, mentally and emotionally vital, and fully independent is an option  now available to the enlightened and the motivated.  Remaining fully alive for the entire duration of our life span, regardless of how long it may be, is the best type of anti-aging.

To your best health,
